RETURNS FOR INTERNET ORDERS

COOLING OFF PERIOD

If you are not 100% happy with your product then you can send it back to  O’Riordan Sheds without a reason for the return within 7 days of receiving your item. Please note you must email our returns department – maurice@oriordansheds.ie requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to  O’Riordan Sheds. When the item has been received by us we will inspect it thoroughly to ensure the product is fit for resale. Please note, if sending products back to  O’Riordan Sheds the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. If the item is not in a resalable condition then the return application will be cancelled/revoked indefinitely. Collection of the item must then be arranged by the customer.

After inspection and confirmation that the product is in a resalable condition, we will issue a full refund. Shipping costs relating to sending products back to  O’Riordan Sheds must be borne by the customer.

We value your custom and we endeavour to resolve all queries as quickly as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please ensure the goods are checked upon arrival before signing (or goods are signed for as unchecked). Any claims made as a result of courier damage cannot be pursued if this procedure is not followed. We will not be liable for any damage to goods returned to us via another courier if goods have not been checked upon receipt from us and reported immediately.

***Direct orders or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, in which case appropriate actions will be taken to resolve any issues

AFTER THE COOLING OFF PERIOD

Please note, if sending products back to O’Riordan Sheds the packaging and product must also be in the same condition as received. After inspection and confirmation that the product is in a resale condition, we will issue a refund less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping costs relating to sending products back to O’Riordan Sheds must be borne by the customer.

FAULTY ITEMS

As a customer, it is recommended that you fully inspect your product as soon as it has been received to ensure no parts are missing, damaged or faulty. Missing items must be reported to O’Riordan Sheds within 7 days of the item being received. Failure to outline missing items to O’Riordan Sheds will result in forfeiture in obligations to replace missing parts from O’Riordan Sheds.

If you deem the item you received as being faulty within the 3 months then you can send the item back to O’Riordan Sheds for inspection by our returns department. Please note you must email our returns department – info@walshapplications.ie requesting a returns code. This returns code must be labelled on items being issued back to O’Riordan Sheds. Warranty varies between manufacturers so it is advised to contact O’Riordan Sheds regarding warranty before returning any products. After a product is received to our returns department and it is deemed to be faulty we will do one of the following; issue a replacement piece for the part that is damaged, or replace the entire product, or offer a similar product, or if any of the above is not possible then we will issue a refund of the product.

Faulty pieces or parts that make up the entirety of an item will be replaced once received back to O’Riordan Sheds. A faulty piece of a larger item shall not warrant the return of the entire item and O’Riordan Sheds will replace or repair the part required once it has been returned to O’Riordan Sheds. Costs for sending items back to O’Riordan Sheds are borne by the customer.

If you receive a wrong item then O’Riordan Sheds must be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then issue a pickup for your item. When the item is received back to our returns department and is proved to be a wrong item then O’Riordan Sheds will replace the item with the correct one. If it is not a wrong item then the customer must pay the collection charge which was arranged by O’Riordan Sheds and also arranges to collect the item as we will not re-ship an item if deemed to have been the correct item issued that was originally ordered. PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Under no circumstances should an item be returned to O’Riordan Sheds without a returns code issued to you by O’Riordan Sheds.
  2. All items purchased via the website must be returned through the appropriate channels as outlined above.
  3. Any items to be returned to O’Riordan Sheds remain the property of the customer until a full returns inspection and verification has been carried out. After which O’Riordan Sheds reserves the right to refuse the returned item(s).

Where a refund has been authorised due to unavailability of goods or return of faulty goods, please allow up to 21 working days for funds to appear in your account. O’Riordan Sheds will issue refunds within 48 hours of authorisation for same and O’Riordan Sheds will not be held responsible for any delays with funds being credited to your account as this is the responsibility of your issuing Bank.
